Warm and Welcoming Homecare was founded in 2022 by Jaytron Charles and Johneise Charles, two siblings with a shared vision of offering compassionate and personalized care for those in need. Our story begins with a deeply personal experience that ignited our passion for creating a better way to care for loved ones.
Our Journey: From Idea to Reality!
In 2021, our father, John Charles, suffered a life-changing accident when he fell from his bed while staying at a nursing home. The fall left him partially paralyzed, and during his time in the facility, we witnessed firsthand the subpar level of care he was receiving. The lack of personalized attention, respect, and compassion was deeply concerning, and we knew we needed to take action to improve his living conditions.
Seeing the physical and emotional toll that this inadequate care took on our father, we were inspired to create a business that would focus on delivering exceptional home health care in a way that treats individuals with the dignity, comfort, and respect they deserve. Thus, Warm and Welcoming Homecare was born.
